The Gentlemental Manual Mental Health Subscription Box

Project Description

The Gentalmental Manual is a conceptual mental health subscription box beneficial for men battling depression. During my ideation and research phase, I found the majority of existing add campaigns, websites, and resources are intended for young girls. However, according to the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention, 65% of suicides in the United States are committed by white males ages 45–59. I felt there was a design opportunity here and I choose to target my design toward these men.

Project Details

The subscription box includes a self guided journal, reading materials on depression, workouts, hiking socks, hand warmers, and mini flashlight.
